Small Parcels (Flies, Reels, line etc)
We offer FREE delivery to most UK/Ireland addresses for orders over £100. For orders under £100 there is a charge of: £3.99. Your goods may need a signature when being delivered.
Large Parcels (Rods, Full fishing Kits etc)
We offer FREE delivery to most UK/Ireland addresses for orders over £100. For orders under £100 there is a charge of: £9.99. Your goods may need a signature when being delivered.
For deliveries to any other country please contact us.
How long will it take for my goods to arrive?
We will endeavour to ship your order within 4 working days (does not include weekends and bank holidays) if there is to be any delay you will be informed by email. Once your order has been dispatched the average delivery time is 7-10 working days. For overseas orders, delivery can be longer, dependent on your location.
Items Damaged in Transit
If any items were damaged in transit, we ask that you report it to us within 3 working days. If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, it's best to sign the carrier's delivery note accordingly. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once received back into our warehouse, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method.
Items Faulty on Arrival
If your items are faulty on arrival, you have 3 working days in which to inform us of the fault. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once we have verified the fault, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method. We examine returned items, and if a returned item is found not to be faulty by our technicians we will return the item to you, in this instance you will be liable for the return carriage.
